Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL. Once ordered is placed it CAN NOT be cancelled. Refunds will NOT be issued due to the customer no longer wanting the item. Our items are made to order and begin processing once an order is placed. Custom made items are made to order and are non refundable.

Return/Exchange Policy:

All sales are FINAL. Custom made items are made to order and are nonrefundable. On all custom orders a proof will be provided for your approval, once that approval is received changes will not be made due to orders being processed after approval.

Defective items will be given consideration on a case by case basis.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items will be given consideration on a case by case basis.

Due to the nature of customized items returns will NOT be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
